@magnetronic I think the easiest way to think about a routine for dry skin is to start by discussing moisturizing ingredients.
humectants - draw water from the inner layers of the skin (and from the external environment if there's sufficient humidity) to help keep the top layers of skin moist
some popular humectants in skincare are: butylene glycol, hyaluronic acid, sorbitol, honey
emollients - lubricate and fill in gaps between skin cells
some popular emollients in skincare are: silicones, squalene, jojoba oil, and meadowfoam oil
occlusives - slow moisture evaporation from skin by creating a physical barrier
petroleum is the best for this task by a long shot (and is extremely well-tolerated), but other occlusives include lanolin, beeswax, palm kernel wax, and mineral oil
These aren't entirely separate categories, and some ingredients have both emollient and occlusive properties. Anything you're looking to use to should have something from at least one of these categories pretty prominently in the ingredients list. This is a pretty widely accessible writeup with a lot more ingredients than I listed, and this one has a lot to chew on if you're interested in more technical stuff. This one is about reading ingredient labels, which is helpful if you're not used to it.
There's also a large number of ingredients that aren't serving any of these purposes explicitly that are also used to help dry skin with various levels of clinical backing and widespread use. Ceramides are the most important item in this category, but it also includes things like colloidal oatmeal, centella asiatica, panthenol, etc etc. There's a whole bunch of them and they're talking about new ones every single week it feels like. They can be further down the ingredients list and still be effective.
So, when you're looking at creating a routine around dry skin, it can be helpful to think of trying to get kind of a sundae bar of these various ingredients and ingredient categories while not creating a burdensome routine. Especially if you're having other skin issues like dermatitis or a damaged skin barrier, sticking to a routine with 2-4 products that don't irritate your skin and that you apply consistently will be your ideal goal. This will give you some consistent products that you know will behave, and a full routine to go back to if try a new product and it irritates your skin.
You're aiming to set up something that'd look sort of like this:
Face Wash: a particularly mild and hydrating foaming wash OR a face milk or other less-stripping cleanser OR the least-drying option, a micellar water (I'm trying to keep this general, and I've never personally used it, but it's my understanding that Bioderma Sensibio is a best-in-class, ultra mild micellar water that doesn't have fragrance). If you can't tolerate any of those, rinsing your skin with water is also viable. I wouldn't worry too much about getting moisturizing ingredients here, because you'll be rinsing it off anyway.
Moisturizer 1: a thin moisturizer that's got water, humectant ingredients, and maybe some emollients. Hyaluronic acid is one of your better options here, unless you live in a very dry climate or don't tolerate HA. I sincerely think the Japanese do this step better than anyone else on the planet, and if you import nothing else, this step would be the step to do it. Even now that Japanese and Korean toners have been in the West for close to a decade, the West is still not really making products that provide a lot of moisture that you can layer. I love Hada Labo (both this Moist version and the much more moisturizing but stickier Premium version), but if you hate hyaluronic acid, there are a handful of options, including Matsuyama and Kikumasamune (which does have added fragrance, but it's never bothered me).
Moisturizer 2: A thicker lotion with more emollient ingredients and maybe even an occlusive ingredient or two. Japanese or Korean emulsions fit this category, as well as any lighter or creamier lotions you may have.
Occulusive: something chunky to seal in everything that's come before. Petrolatum is ideal if you're very dry, either by itself in something like Vaseline or in a product with additional ingredients like Cerave Healing Ointment. If you can get away with less here, something like shea butter or lanolin are ideal. This should be a really thick cream or an ointment texture. You may not need this during the day, but you will almost certainly need one at night.
I think one of the big issues when designing this part of your routine is finding basic skincare that is basic enough. I think it's really important that these four items (or three, if you decide you desperately want or need to skip one of the moisturizer steps) have no fragrance (or extremely minimal fragrance that has never bothered you), no essential oils, no actives (why does every Western toner have glycolic acid and every Japanese toner have retinyl palmitate?), and I try to keep plant extracts to a minimum too just because of my own allergies unless I know already that it's beneficial (I also can't do snail mucin, another popular moisturizing ingredient in Asian skincare circles, because I'm allergic to it).
So, for example, my routine is in flux right now because a bunch of items I've been using for years have been reformulated and I'm allergic to the new versions, so I am trying some new stuff, but the stuff I'm currently using in these spots we discussed above are are:
Face Wash: Face Shop Rice Water Bright cleanser - a foaming cleanser with fragrance that I've been using for a decade, but if I was replacing this with something milder I'd probably pick something like LRP Toleraine cleanser or Sioris Cleanse Me Softly or SANA Cleansing Milk.
Moisturizer 1: Isntree HA Toner, but I slightly prefer Hada Labo Moist and I'm going back to it when the bottle is empty.
Moisturizer 2: Hada Labo Premium Emulsion, which is a thicker and creamier formulation than the regular lotion. My Soon Jung Barrier Cream fills a similar niche as a very liquid-y cream.
Occlusive: Now that my skin is fairly stable and I patch test and stop using things as soon as it's obvious they're drying me out or giving me a rash, I rarely need to use Cerave Ointment as my occlusive on my face, but I still use it on my arms and legs and in the winter sometimes.
I can usually get away with Illiyoon Ato Ceramide Cream (Though I am trying Aestura Ato Barrier once the Illiyoon is empty).
My other advice for Western skincare brands is I look for stuff that says it's safe for eczema. "Fragrance free" doesn't mean much, and neither does "hypoallergenic," but a formulation that says it's good for eczema (or people with eczema on the internet recommend) at least gives me an idea it might be suitable for my skin.
Also, Yesstyle isn't always the cheapest place to buy, but they happen to be a place that does both Korean and Japanese stuff that actually lists ingredients and keeps them semi-current (unlike posting Amazon listings, for example).

Cerave Foaming Face Wash... dupes???
is my favorite.
Tumblr media
It has gotten quite pricey in the Bay Area, at ~$16 per 12 fl oz bottle! Although I reside in the BA, I am no techie making $$$. Looks like it's about $14 on Amazon, but do you fully trust Amazon face wash? I'll still use it, but I do consider it to be of lower quality. I am trying to be more budget conscious and have been looking for a cheaper Cerave alternative. So far I think the Equate (Walmart brand) Foaming Face Wash is a great alternative. I've used at least 4 bottles so far, but Walmart is fairly far so I don't go too often. I have to plan out my face wash purchases. I used Instacart for my groceries, but my shopper mistakenly bought lotion Equate Moisturizing Lotion instead so I've been looking for an alternative to my alternative.... or a second alternative to my Cerave, lol.
Tumblr media
My local Walmart sells them for under $7 for 12 fl oz which is less than half of the big brand. The ingredients are exactly the same (although I don't know the %s of everything). But it foams just like Cerave and my face always feels so clean afterwards. Cerave ingredients: Aqua/Water/Eau, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Glycerin, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Peg-150 Pentaerythrityl Tetrastearate, Niacinamide, Peg-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Propylene Glycol, Ceramide Np, Ceramide Ap, Ceramide Eop, Carbomer, Methylparaben, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate, Cholesterol, Disodium Edta, Propylparaben, Citric Acid, Tetrasodium Edta, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Phytosphingosine, Xanthan Gum. D234475/1.
Equate ingredients: Water (Aqua), Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Glycerin, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Peg-150 Pentaerythrityl Tetrastearate, Peg-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, Niacinamide, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Ceramide Np, Ceramide Eop, Ceramide Ap, Sodium Hyaluronate, Cholesterol, Sodium Chloride, Phytosphingosine, Citric Acid, Disodium Edta, Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Carbomer, Xanthan Gum So going back to the alternative to my alternative. Since no Equate, I went ahead and ordered the Amazon Basics Foaming Facial Cleanser.
Tumblr media
It is a bit more expensive than myGreat Value by a $1+ but still better than Cerave cost at $16. Amazon Basics comes in at $8 per 12 fl oz bottle. So far, the ingredients seem to be in line with Cerave and GV. There are only 42 reviews so far, so I am giving this one a shot. Some folks have mentioned that the pump doesn't work too well, but I can just use my old GV bottle. Will keep you all posted on how this compares. In the meantime, here is the ingredients comparison: Amazon Basics ingredients: Water Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine Glycerin Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate Niacinamide PEG-150 Distearate PEG-150 Pentaerythrityl Tetrastearate PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides Ceramide NP Ceramide AP Ceramide EOP Phytosphingosine Cholesterol Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate Sodium Hyaluronate Carbomer Xanthan Gum Disodium EDTA Citric Acid Phenoxyethanol Sodium Benzoate Ethylhexylglycerin
Cerave ingredients: Aqua/Water/Eau, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Glycerin, Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Peg-150 Pentaerythrityl Tetrastearate, Niacinamide, Peg-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Propylene Glycol, Ceramide Np, Ceramide Ap, Ceramide Eop, Carbomer, Methylparaben, Sodium Chloride, Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate, Cholesterol, Disodium Edta, Propylparaben, Citric Acid, Tetrasodium Edta, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Phytosphingosine, Xanthan Gum. Tips for Skincare on Oily and Combination Skin
Tumblr media
【Oily Skin】 Stay clean - use a gentle cleanser in the morning and a strong cleanser at night. Regulate oil production and avoid layering too many skincare products. Pick targeted ingredients, pair them with lightweight moisturizers, and give acid-based masks a shot about once a week for inflammation and antioxidants. Watch your diet - cut down on sugar and dairy, and avoid staying up late.
【Combination Skin】 Control oil in the T-zone, use acid-based serums to manage oil production. Hydrate cheeks intensively, choose serums, lotions, or creams containing ceramides or hyaluronic acid. For areas that tend to get oily, form closed comedones, or have enlarged pores, use an acid-based mask weekly.

Skin Care: Your Body’s Frontline Workers
The importance of skin care, how to build a good routine, and product recommendations
By Angela Lin
Tumblr media
Skin care routine
Photo via Today
Skin care is essential at any age and time. Taking good care of your skin, the largest organ in your body, is important for more than just your appearance; having healthy skin is also important for your general health.
Your future skin can be dull and filled with imperfections if you don’t take care of it properly now. It’s much easier to prevent damaged skin than it is to treat it later on. Good skin care helps your skin stay in good condition, especially since you are shedding skin cells throughout the day. It can also prevent acne, treat any wrinkles you may have, keep your skin at its best, and give you a confidence boost! Who wouldn’t be proud of having good skin?
Everyone’s skin is different, and some things may work better for one person than they do for others. However, there are three general steps that everyone should follow when creating their own skin care routine: cleansing (washing your face), toning (balancing the skin), and moisturizing (hydrating and softening the skin). These steps are the foundation of an effective skin care routine!
Disclaimer: These are just general steps and information gathered from sources on the internet. It would be best to do some of your own additional research, specifically for your skin type and for the products you plan to use before you create or revise your skin care routine - and when in doubt consult a dermatologist.
Step One: Cleansing
In an interview with the New York Times, dermatologist Dr. Carlos Charles says that washing your face is the most basic and essential step of any routine: “Our skin comes in contact with environmental pollutants, dirt and other factors each day that should be gently removed.” It is suggested to wash your face twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, to avoid clogged pores, dullness and acne.
Recommended cleansers by dermatologists include Cetaphil’s Gentle Skin Cleanser for all skin types, CeraVe’s Hydrating Cleanser for dry skin, and Neutrogena’s Oil-Free Acne-Fighting Facial Cleanser for oily skin.
Step Two: Toning
In skin care, toner is a substance that removes any last traces of dirt, grime, and impurities stuck in your pores after you wash your face. If used regularly, it can have a large positive impact on the appearance and tightness of your pores. You can think of toners as supplements; they give an extra shot of nutrients to your skin. They help the other products absorb better later on in your routine, while also still balancing your complexion.
“Toners should be done after cleansing and before putting on anything else,” aesthetician Jordana Mattioli says. The traditional way of applying the toner is to saturate a cotton pad and pass it over your face, but you end up wasting a lot of the product because the cotton absorbs it. Thus, Mattioli suggests that you apply the toner with your hands. “Applying toner with clean hands is the most efficient. Just pour a few drops in your palm, then swipe it on...or if you prefer, you can pull apart a cotton pad so it’s not so thick before putting toner on it.” Keep in mind that using too much toner can produce a burning sensation on your skin, so try to use small amounts each time to avoid this.
CeraVe’s Alcohol-Free Hydrating Toner and Versed Baby Cheeks’ Hydrating Milk Toner are two popular toners that are highly recommended for all skin types.
Step Three: Moisturizing
The one product that doctors and experts recommend using year-round for all skin types, a moisturizer’s basic function is to hydrate and soften the skin. “Essentially, moisturizers assist in preventing water loss through the outer layers of skin,” Dr. Charles explains. “They can also complement the naturally found protective oils and other building blocks within the skin, such as ceramides.” Our skin naturally loses the ability to retain moisture as we age and daily activities, such as washing and cleansing, can strip our natural hydrators from the surface of our skin. This is where a moisturizer comes in.
Dermatologist-approved moisturizers include CeraVe’s Moisturizing Cream for dry skin, Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost Water Gel for oily skin, and La Roche-Posay’s Toleriane Double Repair Face Moisturizer for all skin types.
Your skin is the first line of defence when it comes to bacteria and illnesses, and it deserves to be protected. You don’t have to spend tons of money on different skin care products because, at the end of the day, a skin care routine involving a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer can go a long way.

@cyborgvictor asked me to enable Korean skincare, so I’m going to put a few of the things that I’ve got in my routine right now. If anyone wants the updated regimen, lmk, bc I’ve definitely changed a few things since my last big skincare post.
Things I use daily and definitely recommend:
Secret Key Starting Treatment (rose essence, but plain is fine) (x). Plenty of galactomyces, and a ton cheaper than SK-II (obvs lol) and generally cheaper than Missha’s Time Revolution first treatment (x), which is also great. Shop around, though, prices fluctuate.
Rovectin Activating Treatment Lotion--a heavy toner originally formulated for cancer patients, this is hydrating AF and kind to sensitive skin. Layers well as a light moisturizer in summer. about $25 (x). If you have reactive, sensitive skin or rosacea, strongly recommend this brand.
Rovectin Clean Lotus Water Cream. Really nice light moisturizer with a light gel like consistency. I’m on my second tube and about to order 2 more. Never irritates my skin, when even Cerave does. $17 (x)
Pyunkang Yul essence toner- I know I’ve recommended this before but I love it and it’s the gentlest thing. $12 (x)
Not everyday, but I like them:
Thank You Farmer True Water Deep Serum--for when my skin is super dry and in need of TLC, but it’s pricey--I got it as a gift and really only use it as a rescue. $31 (x)
Blithe Vital Treatment 8 nourishing beans -- It’s NICE. But it’s sort of... extra, and I keep forgetting to use it. $37 (x)
Ample: N Peptide shot ampoule. I love me some peptides and this is nice! When it’s back in stock though I suspect I’d prefer their ceramide formula. $30 (x)
Heimish’s all clean balm is my favorite oil cleanser $13 (x)
Not Korean, but MVPs from Japan:
Hada Labo’s hyaluronic ‘lotion’. I like the gold (premium) which is richer, and a bit thicker, though the white regular one is fine. They have an alpha arbutin version which is also okay but I keep going back to the premium. $18 for 170ml (x)
DHC’s Deep Cleansing Oil is nice if you prefer an oil cleanser to a balm. shop around, but here’s the ginormous bottle for $20 from a reputable seller (x)

Note
what do you think of CeraVe's Foaming Facial Cleanser? i have oily skin, and breakout sometimes, but my skin is also kinda sensitive.
it’s a neat one! no unnecessary stuff to anger your sensitivity and breakouts, the surfactants in it are gentle, it features ceramides, phytosphingosine and cholesterol to keep the upper layers of your skin smooth, and hyaluronic acid to add hydration. besides, it’s very fairly priced, so i think given your skin type it’s definitely worth a shot!

Diabetes Freedom Review – Learn How The Program Is Helping People
Tumblr media
Are You Tired Of All Fake Reviews On Diabetes Freedom? Don’t Worry, Check Out This Review That Will Reveal What’s Inside It, How It Works, Its Pros & Cons, And Lot More. This Review Will Change Your Buying Decision.
Hey everyone, thanks for stopping to check out my Diabetes Freedom review & learn what the program by George Reilly is all about.
If you believe you will able to reverse your diabetes with medicines and insulin shots, then you are highly mistaken. It makes me so angry only thinking why more and more Americans are getting into this diabetes trap even after on average, we Americans are consuming less sugar than before.
The mere fact is, the government that should protect us is withholding crucial information form us and letting us fall into the money-trap of the multi-billion pharmaceutical industry.
Anyway, let’s cut the chase…
Tumblr media
[Visit The Official Website Here to Order Now!]
What Is Diabetes Freedom All About?
Diabetes Freedom teaches how to flush out the root cause of diabetes and fat that is the ceramide compound.
Scientists of the University of Utah discovered that the level of ceramide was very high in all people with diabetes they’ve tested in their research. So, flushing out this toxic molecule makes sense.
It includes a 3-step approach that makes it easy to do it.
And because these three steps are entirely natural and they not only help you to reverse diabetes but also help you lose weight, this is something you should not miss out.
Many people reversed their diabetes and stopped using diabetes medicines; you can also do it.
This program actually made up of many different products.
After you complete your payment process, you will be redirected to the secret members’ area where you able to download books or watch tutorial videos (created by Andrea Arona – a certified nutritional expert and personal trainer.)
This program also drips the content into different sections so that the information isn’t overwhelming for the new customers, and you can understand the treatment approach as you go along.
I am thrilled with the Diabetes Freedom program as I don’t feel overwhelmed when I go through the program, and new content sent to me every day in my email.
Here’s What You Get With Diabetes Freedom:
Tumblr media
Diabetes Freedom Manual & Quick Start Accelerator (in the members area).
Meal Preparation Guide (cut the guessing game with it)
Stay Young Forever (secrets Japanese are using to look young)
33 Power Foods for Diabetics (include some or all of them)
Fat Burning Blueprint (for overweight people who want to lose weight)
[Video] Nutrition Guide For Diabetes Type 2
[Video] Meal-Timing Strategies
[Video] Food Shopping Guide
[Video] Body Movement For Beating Type 2 Diabetes
No Recurring or Hidden Charges (which I love)
I’ll be honest, I purchase this program just for the main guide/book, but the bonuses are so much valuable.
I started this program from its free bonus called ‘Fat Burning Blueprint’ because I was a few pounds overweight and wanted to lose it as fast as possible. This is just a 9-page guide because it contains an exact plan without any fluff or filler content.
This free report gives out a 30-minute plan that you can incorporate to burn those extra pounds and improve blood circulation in your body. It also teaches how to get fast results with High-Intensity Interval Training.
Obesity is a primary reason for diabetes, so maintaining your weight should be your top-most priority.
For losing weight or maintaining it to a healthy level, all you need is just 30 minutes of exercise. And, you can start the 4-week weight loss plan provided in this blueprint.
[Visit The Official Website Here to Order Now!]
How Diabetes Freedom Really Work? (3-Step Approach)
Step 1 – The Pancreas Restart Plan (Temporary Nutrition Plan) The primary objective of this plan is to target and destroy fat cells. This nutrition plan provides a ‘restart’ to your pancreas that gives a good boost for losing weight.
Once you follow this plan for two weeks, your pancreas will start working, and your body will regulate blood sugar without any help. This nutrition plan is easy and you don’t need to make unrealistic changes in your daily routine. You can enjoy delicious food while all the good things will happen in your body.
This section provides a detailed plan to detox the liver and flush out toxins from the body. This detox plan includes five powerful teas that also melt fat cells and beat food cravings.
Step 2 – Brown Fat Boosting Blueprint: Inside the video section, you will get a 2-minute routine that will help you to remain on the top of your fat-burning game.
This 2-minute routine is simple and doesn’t need any special equipment. You can also perform this routine in your home without any expensive or complicated workout equipment.
These movements work for anyone regardless of your fitness level, and anyone can do them with minimal effects.
Step 3 – Meal Timing: These meal timings designed to reverse diabetes type 2. Many people don’t know that one of the significant rules of defeating diabetes is eating the right food at the right time.
This section contains a 60-second breakfast tricks to help you stay full and active all day. This breakfast meal includes healthy and tasty snacks to keep you satisfied.
A dessert section also included in this step that you can use without feeling bad.
Six Things I Like Most In Diabetes Freedom:
Helps In Controlling Blood Sugar Naturally Many studies have shown numerous diabetic patients able to keep their blood sugar level in a normal level with the help of dietary changes and losing weight.
You can also work closely with a nutritionist or doctor to set up a proper plan for you or you can use strategies and plans provided inside the Diabetes Freedom program to make changes in your life and control your blood sugar levels.
Easy Nutrition Plan That You Can Follow: A good and healthy nutrition plan should not make you feel restricted and deprived. You don’t need to completely cut off carbs from your life to make impressive dietary changes.
The nutrition plan you will get inside this program is divided into three parts and include meal-timing strategies and meal plans. It is easier to stick with this nutrition plan and get results quickly.
Helps In Weight Loss:
This is the most important benefit I like in this program. When I was overweight, I lost 15 pounds in a month just by making some dietary changes in my diet and without exercise. You may lose some pounds by using nutrition plan provided in the Diabetes Freedom.
According to John Hopkins Medicines, losing just 5 to 10 percent of the body weight can provide a positive impact on the blood sugar level and lower the risk of diabetes by 58 percent.
Freedom From Medicines And Shots: We all know diabetes medicines and insulin shots are just a ‘temporary fix’ to normalize blood sugar and the long term use of these medicines create many negative effects on the body.
For example, a popular diabetes medicine, metformin causes kidney problems, metal taste, and dizziness. Similarly, insulin shots can drop a person’s sugar level to an extremely low level which is dangerous and needs to be treated immediately.
Relatively Inexpensive: For creating this Diabetes Freedom review, we bought this program for $40. However, on our last visit to the official website, we found the author is offering a $10 discount. This means you can get the whole program in just $30.
This is a huge benefit for people who are interested in this program and what to try it out. However, we don’t know how long the author will continue to offer this discount.
Even without this discount, we feel that Diabetes Freedom delivers more than its actual value. And don’t forget you get four VIP bonuses if you get it now.
Good Testing Period: You will have sixty days to test this program and see if it helps you or not.
Within these sixty days, if you don’t see any positive changes in your body or in your blood sugar level or if you don’t like it for any reason, you can get your full money back.
To get your money back, all you have to do is to send a single email with the title ‘Refund,’ and you will get a list of few steps that help you to get your money back within 24 hours.

My ‘Diabetes Freedom’ Review Verdict
So, here I am, with almost 1000 words in this Diabetes Freedom review, by now, you can see this program delivers, in fact, it OVER delivers for what you’re paying for. Up till now, I never admitted in public; I am a diabetic.
I definitely want to give this program a high rating because it teaches methods that are practical, simple, and easy to implement. Before going through this program, I’ve secretly tested my sugar level and taking pills.
This Diabetes Freedom program gave me the confidence to take good steps, and finally within four weeks of following this program, by post-meal glucose level went down from 245 to 200 level. I am pretty sure I will get it to the normal level this year.
I am recommending this diabetes reversing program to my friends and family members.
My final recommendation is to pick Diabetes Freedom from its official website, follow it for at least four weeks and then come back here again to let us know what you think about it!

Currently researching DECIEM products because I really want to add them to my routine. But this is what I got thus far. The site is just SO confusing, with all the fancy names and ingredients.
NIOD is also a money pit, so once you dive into one product, I am sure you get the urge to get the whole lot. It is very much an investment, and will take me a long time to save for a bulk order (since they sell sets), or one at a time, while crying that I want the rest.
Hylamide;
SubQ Eyes; I have some serious dark eye circles, so I am always willing to try something to minimize this, and this looks interesting. I am slightly more interested in the NIOD version, but because of the pricing, would try this one first, unless I am feeling funds ballsy and jump into the other one first.
NIOD;
Copper Amino Isolate Serum; From reviews, this is supposed to be one of the best selling products from this line and concentrates on your overall skin's health. I confused it for the harmful copper, but this is supposed to be different, so after some research, I am more excited to try it.
Multi Molecular Hyaluronic Complex; I am assuming this contains the same ingredients as the Marine Hyaluronic and Hyaluronic Complex with B5 from my Google research, just into one bottle. May be worth purchasing this to bulk them together, instead of individual bottles. Seems to offer more benefit, even with the price tag, seems more cost effective in the long run. Since I seem to do fine with the MH, I will be replacing it with this, when I am done with the bottle. I can’t wait!
Modulating Glucosides; I have issues with sensitivity, irritation and itchiness, so this product seems interesting to help with those issues.
Flavanone Mud & Myrrh Clay & Mastic Must & Voicemail Masque; Fancy masks are fancy.
Lip Bio-Lipid Concentrate; Looks like some serious lip oil treatment, and I do have some majorly chapped lips, despite my heavy water drinking. It may be because I am on diuretics.
Low-Viscosity Cleaning Ester and Sanskrit Saponins; Having released there own version of the double cleanse, I may give this a try - only if I have extra funds, and I am not enjoying my current routine.
Ethylated L-Ascorbic Acid 30% Network; I am still confused about Vitamin C, and wonder if this is quite different, can use at same time, better, or worse then what I am using now, which is the COSRX Typle C Lightning Liquid.
Fractionated Eye Contour Concentrate; May be an upgrade from the SubQ Eyes, and honestly, for the price, it better raise Jebus. If the other doesn't work, I may be desperate enough to attempt this one for my dark circles.
Non-Acid Acid Precursor 15%; Supposed to be an alternative to peeling without using acid. I am still up in the air about trying this one out, because I am afraid of trying the more serious peels.
Superoxide Dismutase Saccharide Mist; Looks like a good, antibacterial, inflammation, hydrating mist. I was thinking of removing mists from my routine, since I can’t mist throughout the day because of sunscreen, but this actually looks like it would be more beneficial in conjunction with all the other products, even if used once during your regular routine.
Re: Pigment; This has mixed reviews and is quite pricey, but I heard good things about this particular line and would be willing to give it a shot, as I suffer from a lot of hyperpigmentation.
Chemistry Brand;
Hand Chemistry, Extreme Hydration Concentrate, Heel Chemistry, Hyaluronic Concentrate, HA3 Hand Hydrator, Retin-Oil;
The hydrating hand and body oils seem to be the only interest for me in this line. I suffer from severe dry hands during the winter that can lead to Dyshidrosis, if I don't treat it properly. I often break out two times a year in the winter with this. Otherwise, I never had any issues with body/hand dryness. So I may opt for these products during the winter. I do suffer from hyperpigmentation from acne scarring on my back, and other parts of the body from scarring (I did a lot of rescue work for cats). I feel the Retin-Oil may help with this - but honestly, I am a big tattoo buff, so everything for me will eventually be covered by tats, so I never really invested in body care in terms of visual appeal. I just use regular ole black african soap lotion, and or Gold Bond for Excema, worked just fine to help with any pain for dryness.
As for their “reduce hair” line - I would never be interested in that (face, leg, arm pits). I was born with lucky genes I guess - which is quite odd, because all of my female Filipino relatives had insane body hair. But me... never had that much hair growth in the first place. Then I was placed on Spironolactone, and that almost obliterated the little growth I did have. I am talking about, I can go six months without shaving my legs, and it looks like I haven’t shaved in two days - very minor hair growth!
Fountain; I honestly don't take supplements, I only recently decided to do a multi-vitamin and take zinc for my acne. I also do Kachava shakes, and that has a lot of good protein.
AB Crew; This honestly just overall confused me and I don't think I would use any of these products. Though the AB Carving Gel and Shredding Oil look interesting if you wanna strut your stuff along the water. I do have issues with cellulite and stretch marks, but I feel their aren't any topical products that could ever correct this issue, you would have to get it surgically done. Many products claim to rid these, but it is just not possible without a professional. I am sure with long term use, you can diminish it - as I tried to do once with coconut oil when it was all the rage - but I never saw much difference, even after a few years - I used pure virgin coconut oil as well.

Or 10. A few or a lot, I just put the shirt on the slide, it prints, next. I like the ability to do small runs or large runs.. I have been traveling (local but 1 2 hours each direction) for work all week and haven't even had time to take a lunch break let alone call all the pharmacies to see who has the medication I need or can fill it. I feel like filling the street with upper cut. Pray for me baby goos.RachelRayRay97 883 points submitted 16 days agoSo I'm just gonna say this, there's a lot of people saying "she's not even fat" in the comments. Everywhere in the advertisements, television, movies, and in other media, the emphasis is on being beautiful and handsome. People who are beautiful and handsome are idolized and worshipped in this society. Besides the multibillion dollar cosmetic industry, there is a plethora of plastic surgeons willing and ready to "correct" any beauty defect for the right price.Female children are strongly inculcated with the concept of being beautiful. On the other hand, I sad at how this situation showed the ugly side of a lot of people, some of y really sided with nazis just to justify your hatred towards a group, like legit side with nazis. Y went fake woke full mode and pretended to care about the bombings but ignore oher idols who wore the same shirt (like Jooheon from Monsta X) and also were completely oblivious to Japan past and how they colonized several countries (people really think it just about comfort women and that all). All kills are notoriously extremely difficult for SM artists and almost unheard of completely. " In May 1999, four months after the murder, a second letter arrived. It fit the description of Illes' partner, Dr. Nche Zama. The first time I decided to do this and got into a dumb argument (with someone who was WRONG BUT WOULDN ACKNOWLEDGE IT lol) it was horrific. I had such intense anxiety during the encounter and for a few days afterwards. But I survived and now a few years later I can remember what it was about. Mark has handled things alright but I feel like he's just viewed as the white's pushover and hasn't really gotten any great insight besides the DO's being dicks. Had Brooke not snitched every time someone sneezed I'd say she did the best out of the females. I feel like every season the females are just complete train wrecks who accomplish nothing.. I do think the beginning doesn flow as well as the rest. I not sure if it the way each shot is cut or what. You hitting that person did seem a bit choppy though. Trestique Prime + Glaze Lip Crayon. This was the only thing I didn really care about in the box. It looks like something my mom would buy, and the color was meh. For your brows, personally I wouldn try to change the shape of them with makeup (sometimes shaping is better left to a professional in waxing or threading, whichever method) 안양출장샵 but just fill in the sparse areas. When I first started doing my brows I used just an angled brush and an eyeshadow colour that matches. I think it easier to do it subtler that way, and it doesn create harsh lines as easy as a pencil does. They have the money, just host another tournament later when they fix the game. 7 points submitted 7 days agoI suspect 4 color is playable in draft, if you know what you doing. I scoffed when i saw GameKing playing 4color in the first 안양출장샵 StanCifka $5,000, but i warmed to it. I bought this from iherb. I previously used the cosrx honey ceramide cream, which I loved, but this was cheaper per ounce compared to that. I'm also in love with the packaging on this; it has dark blue colored glass and I'm planning on using it for Bobby pins when I'm done.

I think it was around 3am when we were killing peons and sabotaging siege weapons that my friend went unresponsive at a quest giver. I realized I had to wake up for school in like 4 hours, so I logged out and got some sleep. My friend showed up late to give me a ride to school (he had fallen asleep in his chair at that quest giver and slept in). Like you stated a 3 sec invincibly would of stopped the spawn camping. Strategic balance would make ctf so much more interesting. Maybe splitting the fame across the whole team? Or split the map into 3 sections. Somehow these victims who called for the help of the police were the ones attacked (tackled and shot at) but they were charged with assault because this dumbass cop had a panic attack. I can understand one cop being a dumbass, but this was institutional. I saw this video published back when it happened. Same reason Call of Duty keeps the hardcore playlists. It's a small percentage, but they absolutely love it. Taking hardcore out would piss off that small percentage of people so much that they'd rather take out games of the normal modes that 성남출장안마 are more played because those players wouldn't care as much.. He was never like this before. But he's told me in private that he doesn't care what she does or how she spends his money as long as she pretends to love him. Thank GODDDDD she's too old to have more kids now. I wouldn't really spend much time worrying about this differing of opinion until you had to cross that bridge. If you continue to realize that you disagree on numerous parenting tactics, it might be worth seeking a third party opinion. But for now, this doesn't seem worth getting fixated on.. In the Hindu, Egyptian, or Romanesque architecture, one feels the priest, nothing but the priest, whether he calls himself Brahmin, Magian, or Pope. It is not the same in the architectures of the people. They are richer and less sacred. Ppl who treat u differently in groups vs when it just u n them r shitty. They want to impress and "show out" in front of the group but when it just u n them they don have anyone to impress so they "regular". Fuck ppl like that. That is how to live your life. Life is worth it. You have loving parents. Now I mix.05% Tretinoin with 10% benzoyl peroxide and follow it up with moisturizer. Sunscreen in the morning is also a must. This cocktail could be too strong for a lotta people but it works for me. The diamond is named for Shah Jehan, who built the Taj Mahal. 성남출장안마 After the diamond was cut, he fired the cutter for doing such a poor job. Mysteriously, the whereabouts of the Great Mogul diamond are unknown today.. Let say 20x multiple. Well, that $300M right there for US estimates alone. If you include the rest of the world and what they buying, $200M for 60% seems low/about right.. Paula's Choice CLINICAL Ceramide Enriched Firming Moisturizer I wanted to buy something with a slightly stronger amount of retinol. It also came with the eye cream version of the product. I use it every other or every 2 nights. I don think anyone is using Jackie blackness to hold her to a higher standard in this context. She set herself up as someone who conscious of social issues and outspoken about them, so followers began to expect that. I commend her for calling out the beauty industry on unacceptable standards that were previously ignored, and she done a good job at that in many respects.
